Football Accumulator Tips – 21/1 Accumulator for Saturday’s Fixtures

Celtic betting tips

As the football season proper gets ever closer, we’re having our first Saturday punt on an accumulator tip this weekend, with four picks from Scotland, Norway and the pre-season friendlies.

Will (@WillLankyMedia) has picked out four selections for a Saturday afternoon acca starting at 3pm and the best odds we’ve found for this are 21/1 with the Paddy Power £20 sign-up offer, which means if you open an account and bet £20 and lose, you get the £20 given back to you as cash.

Greenock Morton to beat Bonnyrigg Rose – 3/4

Morton produced one of the better results in their recent history on Wednesday evening as they secured a huge scalp against Scottish Premiership giants Hibernian in the Scottish League Cup on penalties.

The actual result didn’t matter considering Hibs had fielded an ineligible player on the night and Morton were rewarded with a 3-0 win, but the signs are there that ‘The Ton’ will go on to beat weaker opposition in the cup going forward.

Needing a win against fourth division minnows Bonnyrigg Rose Athletic to qualify for the next stage, Dougie Imrie’s men show superb value at 3/4 against a side that have not featured in the league cup before.

Norwich to beat Celtic – 18/5

Celtic have failed to impress so far in pre-season, with their last two fixtures resulting in 2-2 draws against Blackburn Rovers and Legia Warsaw respectively.

The Hoops have been lacklustre at the back, and despite leading in both ties have thrown the game away with sloppy defending and an inability to finish weaker opponents off.

With Norwich having had no real key departures with the start of the Championship season just a week away, they will no doubt pose problems at the back to Ange Postecoglou’s side with their strong team cohesion and at 18/5, represent great value to take a victory back home to Norfolk with them.

Inverness Caledonian Thistle to beat Cove Rangers – 3/4

Cove Rangers are no pushovers, evidenced by their rapid climb from the fifth tier of Scottish football to the second tier in just four seasons.

Under the guidance of Paul Hartley, the club were an unstoppable force and against all the odds, actually find themselves playing in the Championship alongside giants such as Dundee and Partick Thistle.

However, losses to Livington and Kelty Hearts were not part of the script that new boss Jim McIntyre will have envisaged, and coming up against title favourites Inverness will only add to the poor start, you would feel. At 3/4, that is an extremely good price to add to your accumulator.

Rosenborg to beat Tromso – 1/1

Tromso have only beaten Rosenborg away twice in 14 years, and that could be set to continue in the Eliteserien on Saturday.

The side from the Arctic Circle won just five of their away games last season, and have failed to win any of their six away games in the league so far this season, scoring just seven goals.

Rosenborg, on the other hand, are mounting a European bid – and remain unbeaten at home this season. Scoring at least three goals in four of their first six home league games, attacking prowess is not an issue for the Trondheim-based side; it is expected that they will put Tromso to the sword, and at evens, represent a good price to add to the odds.
