There are two more Premier League matches tonight including the league leaders Liverpool against Newcastle. But before that, Tottenham play Fulham looking to get back to winning ways after four league matches without a win.

Liverpool’s lead at the top of the table was cut to two points when Manchester United got a late winner against Wolves yesterday and now their injury hit side travel to Newcastle where there is increasing pressure from Newcastle fans for Steve Bruce to be sacked.

Tottenham vs Fulham Prediction

Spurs are now four without a win and struggling for goals. The last time Tottenham scored twice was on November the 6^th against Arsenal and the last time the North Londoners hit three was back in mid-October.

Mourinho’s side have faced two of the current bottom four so far this season, winning 1-0 on each occasion. Fulham are four without a loss having drawn each of those games with every one of them seeing fewer than 2.5 goals. Their last defeat was a 2-0 loss to Manchester City and a similar result is perhaps the most likely outcome.

The current Premier League top goalscorer failed to find the back of the net as his side slumped to a 1-1 draw against West Brom. Salah was uncharacteristically quiet in front of goal but a trip to Newcastle could be fruitful for the Egyptian.

A lot has been made of Steve Bruce’s ‘cautious’ approach which will likely see the Magpies finish up in mid-table obscurity. Setting up in this way can restrict Liverpool to few goals but should the Reds make an early breakthrough, more are likely to follow.
