I expect this one to be difficult for Forest, with Spurs having scored seven in their opening three fixtures. Spurs will be quick out the blocks and I expect Forest to have their backs to the wall for most of this one.

Tottenham win

With two wins and a draw against Chelsea to their name so far this season, many will fancy Spurs to do the business at Forest, and I’m inclined to share their opinion. Seven goals in their opening three fixtures, coupled with the impressive performances to match, makes them strong favourites against a Forest side still adjusting to life in the top flight. Antonio Conte has opted for a 3-4-2-1 formation in each of their three opening games, with Forest playing a 3-4-1-2. Both managers should stay true to their chosen formation and playing style, and I feel this may lead to Forest being slightly overrun in midfield and struggling to deal with Son and Kulusevski on the attack. I think Spurs will have too much for Forest and I predict they will win comfortably in this one.  

Kane to score anytime

You won’t be surprised to see Harry Kane being tipped to score. The Spurs number 10 has bagged a respectable two in the opening three games Kane will be hoping to add to his tally in this one as he closes in on the legendary Jimmy Greaves as Spurs all-time highest scorer. To add to that, his expected goals is currently sitting at 1.62. I expect him to find his way onto the scoresheet again here.  

Over 7 Tottenham corners

As stated previously, I expect Tottenham to be quick out the blocks in this one as they look to keep their unbeaten run going. In their opening three Premier League fixtures, Spurs have had 10, 5 and 8 corners. The 5 came away at Chelsea, where they were on the attack less. In the opening game of the season, Newcastle managed 11 corners against Forest, and with Spurs expected to dominate possession in this one, I predict they’ll have more than 7 corners.  

Under 6 Nottingham Forest corners

For a similar reason, I have chosen under six Forest corners in this fixture. Steve Cooper’s men have only managed six corners in one of their opening three fixtures, which came against West Ham. In their opening game against Newcastle, they managed just one corner, and against Everton last time out, they had only two.
