Strengthening the Spurs Squad
Since the opening of the summer transfer window, Spurs have been quite busy strengthening the club squad, having acquired several top-class players. So far they have managed to complete the signing of four big name players in Richarlison from Everton, Yves Bissouma from Brighton, Ivan Perisic from Inter Milan and Clement Lenglet from Barcelona. All of these players have shown some remarkable performances over the past few years, which is why they are considered to be incredible signings for the club that can add additional quality to the team. Tottenham have also parted ways with two of their squad from last season. Steven Bergwijn has signed for Ajax, and Pierluigi Gollini has returned to Atalanta after his loan deal has ended. These were players that weren’t used that much by the manager and won’t be missed by the club this season. So far, Tottenham’s squad list is looking incredible, but we are still are the beginning of the summer transfer window and there are still numerous weeks left to sign some additional players and part ways with some of the players that are not in Conte’s plans.Coming soon to the Champions League…

Can this Season be even Better for Tottenham?
As we mentioned in the beginning, Conte’s appointment has proven to be the right choice for the club, as they have once again returned to the Champions League, following two years in the lower UEFA European competitions. Conte’s tactics, determination, and energy have greatly helped the club to show some excellent performances in the Premier League. Many Spurs fans, as well as football experts, are expecting Tottenham to reach a new high this season, following the strengthening of the squad and a better understanding between the club and the manager. When we look at the rest of the major clubs in the league, we will notice that almost every club goes through some major changes in its starting eleven, whilst Tottenham has done minor changes, which means that they won’t need a lot of time to adapt a good starting eleven. Harry Kane and Son Heung-Min will once again be pivotal to the Spurs season and one of these players is in our Premier League top goalscorer tips for this season. For those reasons, we believe that Tottenham has the potential to again fight for a Champions League spot. Fighting for the title seems a little out of reach at the moment, as Liverpool and Manchester City are miles away from Spurs and the rest of the major English clubs. Tottenham will begin their campaign in the Premier League at home against Southampton and we believe that it won’t be a hard match for them. Their starting fixtures are somewhat okay, as they are up against some smaller clubs in the beginning, apart from Chelsea, Manchester City, and Arsenal in the first 10 matches.Tottenham Fixtures 2022/23
