Saturday’s Betting Preview – Spurs, Southampton, West Ham, Everton & Arsenal all in Action

Arsenal Jesus goalscorer odds

The Premier League sides are beginning their pre-season fixtures and today we have some interesting fixtures across Saturday and the early hours of Sunday.

Tottenham have already played this summer, picking up a high scoring win in South Korea and now they face Sevilla at the  Suwon World Cup Stadium at midday UK time. Spurs are the favourites to win the match at 21/20 with Ladbrokes but most bookies have them at odds on. Sevilla are 56/19 with SBK and the draw is 5/2. A high scoring tip would be the bet here such as Tottenham to win and over 2.5 goals at odds of 21/10.

Elsewhere, Celtic face Blackburn at 12.30pm and Southampton play RB Leipzig at 1pm.

There’s a local derby in England as Bristol Rovers make the short trip across the border to play Swansea and there are a few more all Football League clashes including Northampton vs Luton and Burton vs Birmingham City.

At 3pm Reading vs West Ham takes the eye and there are betting odds available for this game with West Ham the obvious favourites at odds of 4/6 with Coral to warm up with a win. The draw is 31/10 with SBK’s £30 sign-up offer and if you fancy the upset, Reading are 4/1 with Paddy Power.

Blackpool host Europa League finalists Rangers at 3pm and the Scottish side are favourites to win this one at 8/15.

Relegated Norwich City travel to France to play Marseille at a neutral venue with the match kicking-off at 5pm and the French side are 4/6 to win the match with a few bookies including Sky Bet and 888Sport. This looks a decent bet and if you are having a play with a pre-season friendly accumulator, a defeat for the Canaries is certainly a bet to consider.

The biggest Premier League clash of the friendlies comes from America with Arsenal vs Everton kicking off at midnight tonight from the M&T Bank Stadium. The Gunners have already scored 10 goals in their two pre-season friendlies so far, scoring five against Ipswich and then beating Nurnberg 5-3, New man Gabriel Jesus took little time in opening his account and he’s preedicted to score again tonight.

Everton haven’t played a match yet and have already lost Richarlison in the summer transfer window, so it is hard to see anything but an Arsenal win in this one, despite it only being a friendly.

Arsenal are 6/10 to win the match and that is definitely a bet to consider for any weekend accumulators. Everton are 4/1 and the draw is 16/5.

15 Scottish Cup Fixtures

There are no less than 15 Scottish Cup matches taking place at 3pm today so plenty more chances for an accumulator if that’s what you’re backing this weekend. Some of the odds are short but with this being the start of the season, results are very unpredictable. Arbroath are short priced favourites away at Edinburgh City (1/2) and Hamilton are the same odds at Forfar.

Ross County haven’t won in five matches but they’re 4/9 favourites at home to Sterling and there could be a few shocks in the Betfred Scottish Cup today. It’s just about finding them!

Pre-season Friendly Tips

Arsenal to win and Over 2.5 goals vs Sevilla – 21/10 with Ladbrokes.

Rangers, West Ham & Marseille all to win – 7/2 with SBK.
