Man United vs Liverpool Betting Odds:
- Liverpool are strong favourites this weekend at 17/20.
- The draw is16/5 between the two sides.
- If you fancy the Red Devils at home, they are a very generous 27/10.
Manchester United vs Liverpool is a historic rivalry. Two clubs from two cities who have a deep-rooted animosity towards each other, which makes for a fiery encounter on the pitch. Liverpool will be hoping to mount a title charge in Arne Slot’s first season as Reds boss. They are 11/2 to win the league.
United will be keen to get themselves back into the top four. Last season they finished eighth last season, eight points behind the top four. To finish in that top four this season, they are 12/5 with Bet365.

Man United vs Liverpool Predictions
Liverpool have started this campaign absolutely flying and have two wins from two in the league – a 0-2 win over newly promoted Ipswich and a 2-0 home victory over Brentford. They are playing some excellent football and will be a lot for United to cope with. After United’s loss to Brighton, they’ll be keen to get back on track, but I think Liverpool will win this one.
Luis Diaz was on target last weekend against Brentford with his first goal of the new season, and I think he’s good odds for a shot on target in this one. Ha bagged eight goals in his 37 league games last season, getting 31 shots on target in that time. I think Liverpool will create a lot of chances here, so there’s every chance Diaz will have one or two shots on target.
In the middle of the park for United will be Casemiro. The Brazilian is already looking sharper than he did for a lot of last season, and he will be right up for the derby this weekend. Last season, he was carded seven times in 25 appearances, and I think there’s a strong chance of him getting his first of the new season here.
He will come up against Wataru Endo, the second player we’re taking for a booking. Endo is an aggressive midfielder and gets right on top of the opposition to win the ball back quickly for his side, rapidly turning defence in to attack. Last season he was booked 10 times in 29 games, making an absolutely huge 50 fouls, an average of almost two per game.
