Leicester vs Man United Bet Builder Tips – 42/1 Cards & Shots on Target Predictions for Tonight’s Clash
Leicester vs Man United bet builder tip and predictions for tonight’s Premier League clash at the King Power Stadium. It has been a tough start to the season for Leicester and Brendan Rodgers’ position looks unstable as manager, but can he get a much-needed win tonight?
Manchester United have won two games on the spin now and are looking much better under Erik Ten Hag than they were in their first couple of games of the campaign. This will be another tough game though and after Ten Hag confirming Cristiano Ronaldo will not be leaving, he could be put back into the starting line-up tonight although a place on the bench looks more likely.
Leicester have picked up just one point from their opening four matches but have scored in all of those games. They conceded four at Arsenal though and two in each of the other three including a 2-1 home defeat to Southampton.
Times are tough for the former Premier League winners and another defeat tonight will put more pressure on Rodgers’ position as manager.
Leicester vs Manchester United Bet Builder Tip
- Harvey Barnes to have 1+ shot on target
- Jonny Evans to be carded
- Christian Eriksen to be carded
- Tyrell Malacia to be carded
ODDS – 43/1 with Paddy Power
Barnes to have 1+ shot on target
The Leicester man scored against Chelsea at the weekend, which was one of three shots on target he had and that performance will surely means he keeps his place in the starting line-up tonight.
Jonny Evans to be carded
Tonight’s referee is Craig Pawson and he averages 3.56 yellow cards a game so there should be a couple of bookings at least tonight and Jonny Evans is one of our bookings betting tips. He will be up against the pace of Rashford and Sancho and simply will not be able to handle them so we’re expecting a couple of fouls from the veteran and hopefully a card.
Christian Eriksen to have 1+ shot on target
Eriksen controversially had a shot on target ruled out when OPTA claimed it was a cross last week against Southampton but he still managed a shot in that game, his third game in four where he has tested the goalkeeper this season. At Evens, this looks a good bet especially as he will be on set pieces around the area as well.
Tyrell Malacia to be carded
The last pick on tonight’s bet builder tip is for Manchester United’s new left back Tyrell Malacia to be carded. He has impressed to far since coming into the team against Liverpool but has made three fouls and has been lucky not to have been booked yet. Jamie Vardy will be playing in his channel tonight so that makes a card more likely and he is the man to complete our bet.
