Arsenal vs Sheffield United Prediction – Who will win?

Arsenal will be without Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who was one of our Premier League losers last weekend following his red-card against Crystal Palace, they appealed the ban but it was rejected by the Premier League.

This will leave Alexandre Lacazette tasked with scoring the goals for the home side, and he hasn’t been in good form of late, despite playing more centrally. The Gunners are improving under Mikel Arteta but this will be a good test against an exciting Sheffield United side who are having a season to remember back in the top flight.

The Blades beat West Ham 1-0 last time out (with a little help from the crazy handball rule) and are sat in sixth position in the Premier League table, four points and four places ahead of Arsenal. Chris Wilder would be delighted with a point from this game and that’s exactly what I’m predicting they will get for my best bet.

Despite two away losses at Manchester City and Liverpool in their last two, they can be excused and I’m expecting Sheffield United to break through a shakey Arsenal defence. The loss of Aubameyang means the Gunners will struggle to score many goals so a 1-1 correct score might be the best bet.
