6. Membership Subscriptions
6.1 What a Membership includes

6.2 Pricing
Membership is offered on a monthly basis at £9.99 per Subscription Period, or on an annual basis at £99 per Subscription Period. All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable.
We may change our prices. Where a price change affects an existing Membership, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies.
6.3 Billing and automatic renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each Subscription Period until cancelled. By purchasing a Membership you authorise us, through our payment processor, to charge your payment method the applicable amount at the start of each Subscription Period.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your use of Stripe’s payment services is subject to Stripe’s own terms and privacy policy.
It is your responsibility to keep your payment details current. If a payment fails, we may retry it over a period of days and will contact you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your access to Premium Content will be suspended and the Membership may be cancelled.
6.4 Your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days from purchase in which to cancel a contract for digital content and receive a refund.
Because a Membership gives you immediate access to Premium Content, at checkout you are asked to expressly consent to the Membership beginning straight away and to acknowledge that, once access has been provided, you lose your right to cancel under those Regulations. If you give that consent and access is provided, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.
This does not affect your statutory rights where digital content supplied is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose.
6.5 Cancelling your Membership
You may cancel at any time from your Membership Account page, without giving a reason and without contacting us.
Cancellation stops future payments. Your access to Premium Content continues until the end of the Subscription Period you have already paid for, after which it ends. We do not provide partial or pro-rata refunds for the remainder of a Subscription Period.
6.6 Refunds
Except where required by law or where section 6.4 applies, Membership fees are non-refundable once access to Premium Content has been provided.
In particular, we do not offer refunds on the basis that selections, tips or predictions did not produce a winning outcome. A Membership buys access to information and tools, not a result. Please read section 7 carefully before subscribing.
Where we consider a refund appropriate at our discretion, for example following an extended service failure, we will process it to the original payment method.
6.7 Availability of Premium Content
We aim to make Premium Content available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Access may be affected by maintenance, technical faults, third-party data or odds feed failures, or events outside our reasonable control. Short interruptions do not entitle you to a refund.
6.8 Suspension and termination by us
We may suspend or terminate a Membership immediately, without refund, where you breach these Terms, share Premium Content or account credentials, attempt to extract Content by automated means, or where we reasonably suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
We may also withdraw the Membership offering entirely. If we do, we will refund the unused portion of any Subscription Period already paid for.
7. No Betting or Financial Advice
