QPR betting tips

QPR vs Norwich predictions and Championship betting tips for this Saturday’s fixture. Kick-off is 5:30pm on the 22nd of September and our tipster has selected three recommended bets.

QPR vs Norwich Predictions

Our football betting tips for the evening take us to Loftus Road. It is a stadium which has brought plenty of joy to home fans in recent weeks. QPR got off to an incredibly poor start but Steve McClaren has managed to turn things around and his use of the loan market has been superb. The likes of Geoff Cameron and Nakhi Wells add experience to the side and they come here off the back of a four-match unbeaten run. They will be full of confidence and they created plenty of chances against Millwall on Wednesday night. The Canaries have also improved in recent weeks and they will be hoping to make it a hat-trick of victories inside seven days. Daniel Farke was under pressure but he’s managed to relieve it courtesy of wins against Middlesbrough and Reading. They haven’t enjoyed their recent visits to this stadium and have been defeated in their last two Championship ties at this West London stadium. QPR have not only improved their results but they’ve also tightened up and since conceding ten times in two games, they’ve managed to keep three clean sheets in their last four matches. Steve McClaren’s men are playing with a swagger once again and I think they can use their home advantage to sneak this one. The first of our QPR vs Norwich predictions for Saturday evening is QPR to Win and it’s available at 29/20 with Ladbrokes.

QPR vs Norwich Both Teams to Score Odds

The second match prediction comes from the both teams to score market and we are predicting that each of these two sides will find the back of the net. They are both playing with confidence at the moment and this should be an entertaining 90 minutes. There have been eight goals in the last two encounters at Loftus Road between this pair and it’s also landed in each of Norwich’s last four away games in the Championship. QPR may have kept back-to-back clean sheets here but Millwall did hit the woodwork in that game and Bolton also found the net against the Rs at the Macron last weekend. Both Teams to Score? Yes is the second of today’s QPR vs Norwich predictions and it’s available at 14/19 with Sport Pesa and you can use their £10 free bet to back any of our football tips this weekend.

QPR vs Norwich Anytime Goalscorer Odds

QPR have added some much needed experience in the forward areas with Tomer Hemed and Nakhi Wells arriving from Premier League clubs but it’s the existing players who have impressed in recent weeks. Eberechi Eze is a hugely impressive youngster who is flourishing in the Championship. The home fans love watching him play and he’s not afraid to shoot from anywhere. He’s netted two in two coming into this game and is full of confidence. He’s been given plenty of freedom by Steve McClaren and it seems to be paying off. From a betting perspective, he’s always a decent price because he isn’t as established as some of his peers and we should take full advantage here. It’s 4/1 with Paddy Power for Eberechi Eze to score anytime in this fixture and make it three in three. He is the third of our QPR vs Norwich predictions and looks an excellent bet in this Championship fixture.

QPR vs Norwich Betting Preview

QPR Win – 6/4

Draw – 12/5

Norwich – 2/1

[global_advert id=”37941″]

QPR are unsurprisingly priced up as the favourites for this tie given their recent upturn in form and the home advantage. They will be included in many Saturday accumulators and are fancied by our football tipster. Norwich have won their last two matches and have only been defeated once on the road this season. They can be backed at 2/1. The draw could also be popular with both sides not wishing to surrender their unbeaten run and it’s available at 12/5. They’ve drawn twice on the road this season and their only defeat came by a 1 goal margin.

With eight goals in their last two meetings at this ground, it is expected to be a decent match for the neutral. The game is being screened on Sky Sports and viewers will be hoping for some excitement. Over 2.5 Goals is priced at 19/20 and those who are feeling more ambitious could have a look at Over 3.5 Goals which is available at 12/5. Our selection of Both Teams to Score? Yes is likely to be popular on Saturday and that’s 8/11.

Despite going through a barren patch, Jordan Rhodes remains at the top of the betting and is available at 5/1 to net the first goal of the season. Teemu Pukki is in exceptional form at the moment and he is 6/1 to open the scoring in this game and that seems like a sensible bet. For QPR, Tomer Hemed should come back into the side after sitting out the game on Saturday for religious reasons and he is also 6/1 to grab the opener.
