West Ham have had another interesting summer with Mark Noble publically showing disappointment at a transfer. They haven’t really strengthened whereas Newcastle have the likes of Ryan Fraser and Callum Wilson to bring into their attacking ranks.

Wilson is expected to start their opening game against West Ham. The former Cherry has a history of scoring against the Hammers and will have the creativity of Allan Saint-Maximin behind him.

West Ham’s defence record was incredibly poor last season, conceded 62 league goals. Only Aston Villa shipped more and survived.

As the new focal point of the Newcastle attack, Wilson is a good bet to get on the scoresheet in his debut for his new side. He will no doubt want to get off to a goal-scoring start after mentioning himself in the same breath as Santiago Munez.
