While all of England’s elite might have only just returned from October’s international break, it appears that the first Premier League managerial sacking of the season will be dished out this week.Iraola already heading for the Vitality exit
Although there might have been much excitement around the Vitality as Bournemouth appointed Andoni Iraola back in June, the ex-Rayo Vallecano boss has found himself at the heart of a real Premier League nightmare. While the Spanish tactician might have gained a string of plaudits for his attacking philosophy before arriving on the south coast, Bournemouth have failed to muster a single win from any of their opening nine top-flight appearances. Hit with an infamous late collapse on their return from October’s international break over the weekend as they eventually suffered a 2-1 loss against Wolves and former boss Gary O’Neil, the Cherries find themselves sat down in 19th. Only putting three points on the board from a possible 27 and now at the heart of a relegation scrap, reports have suggested that Iraola will already be given the chop despite only arriving at the Vitality four months ago.Champions League Special: 2023/24 Champions League Betting Tips: The Leaders Contenders to Win the Champions League🚨 Bournemouth boss Andoni Iraola set to be the first Premier League manager to be sacked.

Iraola staying calm over his Premier League future
Coming under a huge amount of scrutiny since opening up the 2023/24 campaign and one of just two Premier League clubs that are still waiting to put a maiden victory on the board, plenty of fingers are being pointed in Iraola’s direction. However, while there might be mounting speculation that the 41-year-old could be given the boot this week, Iraola has played down any concerns over Bournemouth’s nightmare start to the season. Speaking after Saturday’s 2-1 loss against Wolves, Iraola discussed the mounting pressure on his shoulders.“We have to be worried. Now it’s a matter of finding ways to win. I haven’t talked with the board but it’s not a matter of my situation.”
“It is a matter of how we can solve this in the best way. Nobody should be concerned about me, they should be concerned about Bournemouth winning games. “
