Mauritania boss Corentin Martins da Silva would have feared the worst for his sides chances when they were hammered 4-1 by Mali in their opening AFCON 2019 fixture, but a creditable point against Angola in their second match has meant they still have a chance of qualifying for the knockout stages. The concern for them is scoring goals and although they found the net from the penalty spot against Mali, they didn’t register a shot on target in the 0-0 draw with Angola.

Tunisia would have been disappointed with their opening draw against Angola but they did manage a draw against Mali which would have been a decent result had they won their first match. Those two draws leaves them needing a win in this one to have any chance of topping Group E. Luckily for them, they’re playing what is their easiest of the three group games on paper last. Alain Giresse’s side are by no means prolific in front of goal, but they should see off Tuesday’s opponents.
