Hull City v Shrewsbury Prediction

Hull – 1 handicap – 33/20 with Coral.

Hull City look unstoppable at the moment, the league leaders are currently on an 11 game unbeaten run in all competitions and have won 4 out of their last 5 league games. They were held to a 1-1 draw last time out by Oxford but will now be happy to be back at the KCOM Stadium, a ground where they have won 5 out of 6 games this season.

Shrewsbury currently sit second from bottom and are winless in 7 straight games in all competitions, they’re struggling for any sort of rhythm and the last place you want to be going when you’re down in the dumps is to league leaders Hull City.

Expect a comfortable evening for Grant Mccan’s sides and expect them to collect all 3 points in a comprehensive win.

Lincoln v Sunderland Prediction

BTTS and Draw – 10/3 with Coral.

Lincoln are moving along really well in the league and are on a run of 3 straight wins which has taken them to 2nd in the table. They defeated Rochdale away from home 2-0 and have only conceded once in their last 4 league games.

Sunderland are winless in 5 straight league games and pressure will be seriously mounting on new manager Lee Johnson to secure his first league win in charge.

3 out of their last 4 away results have seen them take a point in each and expect a similar outcome against a tough opponent in Lincoln.

The pressure of playing for Sunderland is no doubt having an effect on the players and expect them to approach this game cautiously leading to a stalemate.

Peterborough v Rochdale Prediction

Peterborough to Win and BTTS – 2/10 with Coral.

Peterborough have been in a terrible run of form of late, they have suffered 4 defeats out of their last 5 league games and were also dumped out of the FA Cup by non-league Chorely. They have slipped to 5tth place in the league and manager Darren Ferguson will be looking for a reaction from his players when they welcome Rochdale to the Weston Homes Stadium on Saturday.

Rochdale currently sit 18th and have only won once in their last 9 outings in all competitions.

Peterborough will see this game as a perfect opportunity to get back on track and excerpt them to do so against an out of form Rochdale.

Blackpool v Oxford United Prediction

Blackpool to score over 1.5 goals – 13/10 with Coral.

Blackpool’s 1-0 away win at Fleetwood in the league last time out made it an impressive 6 wins out of their last 8 league games and that has seen them climb to 12th in the table, they welcome struggling Oxford to Bloomfield Road on Saturday.

Oxford are struggling for wins at the moment they’re winless in 5 straight games and currently occupy 21st place in the relegation zone, against an inform Blackpool side it will be extremely hard to keep them out at this present moment.

We’re predicting Blackpool to knock in a couple of goals keeping up their excellent run of form.

Bristol Rovers v Plymouth Argyle Prediction

BTTS and Over 2.5 goals – Evens with Coral.

The team with the worst home record takes on the team with the worst away record which can only mean one thing; goals. Bristol Rovers have lost 5 out of 7 home games whilst Plymouth have lost 4 out of 6 away games, both sides will most certainly play with the shackles off in order to try and improve their abysmal home/away record making it for an exciting game.

Expect a thriller in this one with both sides scoring and a minimum of over 2.5 goals.
