Ross County vs Montrose Preview

The Scottish season gets underway with this first round of League Cup fixtures this weekend and Ross County look to have one of the easier matches on paper. The newly-promoted Premiership side plays League One Montrose in what should be a straightforward victory.

Last season Ross County won the Scottish Championship title by six points, booking their place in the top flight. It will be tricky for them but their attacking players give them a chance of survival.
