West Ham betting tips

West Ham vs Manchester United Predictions and Premier League betting tips for this week’s fixture. Kick-off is 12:30pm on Saturday 29th September and our tipster has selected three recommended bets.

West Ham vs Manchester United Predictions

Both teams are currently at a crossroads in their season with a lot of uncertainty thrown towards the respective managers and players. West Ham have been under fire from a large proportion of their fanbase this season after a difficult start to the 2018-19 campaign whilst there has been a lot of paper talk surrounding Manchester United over the last few days. A training ground disagreement between Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho has left many wondering if there is a dressing room breakdown at Old Trafford. With issues in both camps, a draw would be a good chance to pick up a big win for our West Ham vs Man United predictions with odds of 13/5.

West Ham vs Man United Over/Under Total Goals Odds

Despite the impressive talent both sides offer, neither have really shown what they are capable of yet this season. West Ham have only scored five goals this season from their opening six games and, whilst United have scored nine, their strikers’ lack of form is worrying. Romelu Lukaku hasn’t been impressing fans in the North West recently and the same can be said of a large amount of the Hammers’ squad – a team which was fronted by winger Michael Antonio in last weekend’s 0-0 draw with Chelsea. With few goals expected for our West Ham vs Man United predictions this weekend, you can find under 1.5 goals at 11/4.

West Ham vs Man United Winning Margin Odds

Our final Premier League prediction sees a similar bet to our previous West Ham vs Manchester United betting tip in which we are expecting a tight game with few goals- whilst we could have gone for a 1-0 win for the Manchester club, we have already suggested a couple of longer odds and a more likely result could be a good shout following our other two tips. Although we have predicted a draw in our opening prediction, either team to win by one goal is a good shot and is being offered by Betway at 6/4.

West Ham vs Manchester United Betting Preview

West Ham to win- 16/5

Draw- 13/5

Manchester United to win- 5/6

West Ham to win could be a little bit of a stretch for those of you looking to make a minimal risk profit but, as we have already explained, a draw may look better.

When looking at the odds, the most likely scoreline is a 1-1 draw which you can find many places offering at a price of 6/1 whilst Manchester United to win 1-0 is at 7/1 with a number of companies. Alternatively, you ca get both teams to score at 4/5 or not both teams to score at 11/10 with Betfair.

It has been a tough week for Manchester United and the rift between Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho shows no signs of letting up. It remains to be seen whether Pogba will be in the starting line-up for this fixture after his rest in the midweek defeat to Derby in the Carabao Cup.
