French Ligue 1 Accumulator Tips – Win £201 from a £10 bet 24/05/19

The French Ligue 1 concludes this week with a full fixture list on Friday night, and we’ve picked out four selections to make up a nice accumulator tip from across the Channel.

There isn’t much left to play for in the French top division, with PSG already crowned winners, Lille in second place, six points clear of Lyon who will enter the Champions League qualifying stages and Saint-Etienne in fourth place, six points ahead of Montpellier.

The bottom of the table not yet decided though with Caen currently sat in the precarious 18th spot which will mean a play-off with a team from the division below, but they are only two points away from safety or two points away from automatic relegation, with Dijon just below them.

We’ve picked out four Ligue 1 betting tips for Friday night to make up our accumulator tip for tomorrow.

Marseille vs Montpellier Tip – Draw

The first selection comes from the race for fifth in the table. There is no European place available for this but Marseille will want to end the season on a high after a turbulent campaign. THere have been fan protests along the way and the season cannot end soon enough. Montpellier have had a great season though and will want to finish in their highest position for a few years. A draw would do that and they’ve drawn a lot of matches recently, so this one could play out in a similar fashion.

Dijon vs Toulouse Tip – Dijon win

Dijon are still right in the fight to avoid relegation but can only hope that 18th place Caen lose at home to Bordeaux. That still means Dijon need to win and that is what we’re predicting here. They have won their last two home matches now and should see off this Toulouse team who are safe from relegation in 15th place and with nothing left to play for. Dijon know they need to win and Toulouse haven’t won in their last five matches now, they conceded five last weekend at home to Marseille in a crazy game.

 

Rennes vs Lille Tip – Lille win

Second placed Lille will be happy with their season and can end on a high with an away win at Rennes. The hosts are in ninth place and could climb as high as seventh with a win, but they’ve not picked up too many wins lately as the season draws to a close. Rennes haven’t won in four home matches now and although three of them have been draws that isn’t great form. Lille cannot be caught and are guaranteed second place but they have ended the season strongly, they are unbeaten in eight matches now and have been scoring a lot of goals, especially at home. Our football pundits predictions for today  is an away win.

 

Caen vs Bordeaux Tip – Caen win

The final selection for this French accumulator is a win for 18th placed Caen. This will give them a chance of avoiding the relegation play-off but they are relying on Amiens dropping points at home to Guingamp. Bordeaux sit bottom of the Ligue 1 form table and have really taken their foot off the gas. Bordeaux have lost their last six matches now and they’ve failed to score in four of those. With Caen knowing they need a win, that is exactly what they should get to round off our acca.
