The Euro 2020 qualifying continues tonight with the likes of England vs Czech Republic and Portugal vs Ukraine taking centre stage – we’re picked out three football betting tips for the matches which combine to make up a treble that will win you £68 from a £10 bet.

Euro 2020 Qualifying Tips

Portugal vs Ukraine – Under 2.5 Goals

The first selection on this treble comes from Portugal and we’re backing under 2.5 goals in the match. Looking at the stats, this has happened in Portugal’s last three home matches including Nations League ties against both Italy and Poland, and also in four of Ukraine’s last five matches. The only blemish on that record was a 4-1 away defeat in Slovakia. In World Cup 2018 qualifying, seven of Ukraine’s 10 matches had two or fewer goals in, perfect for this betting tip.

England vs Czech Republic – England HT/England FT

The second pick comes from Wembley and we’re expecting an easy night for England as they get their Euro 2020 qualifying campaign underway. The World Cup semi-finalists are a short price to win this game but the odds for England to be winning at half-time and full-time appear generous. They don’t always make things easy for themselves but they did win all of their home World Cup qualifying matches. Czech Republic lost in Germany and Northern Ireland in World Cup qualifying and could only draw against Norway, so we’re predicting an easy home win tonight, even though the score might not be flattering.

Luxembourg vs Lithuania – Luxembourg to win

These two minnows will not be fighting near the top of their Euro 2020 qualifying group, but they will want to avoid finishing bottom of the table and Luxembourg can get off to a good start here with three points. They have beaten the likes of Georgia, San Marino and Moldova at home in recent friendlies and Nations League games and form like that will see them past Lithuania tonight. The visitors are poor and have lost their last eight games – away from home they have lost 11 of their last 13 matches including defeats to the likes of Iran, Estonia, Georgia and a draw with Malta. They’ve failed to score in 10 of those 13 so Luxembourg are the selection to round off today’s Euro 2020 predictions for the qualifying games.
