Oxford vs Doncaster – Over 2.5 Goals

Oxford remain one of the form teams in the division with Karl Robinson’s side scoring goals for fun. They were denied by Accrington last time out, drawing 2-2 at the Crown Ground and they will be looking to bounce back here. They’ve now scored eleven goals in their last three matches, and although Donny’s defence is efficient enough, they are likely to come under fire here. Oxford have a number of different scorers with the likes of Tarique Fosu, James Henry and Matty Taylor all getting on the scoresheet recently. The visitors suffered a rare slip-up last weekend, falling to Portsmouth and Darren Moore’s side will be looking to avoid back-to-back defeats. They’ve scored and conceded against both Ipswich and Coventry on the road this season, and they are likely to get on the scoresheet here.

Peterborough vs Lincoln – Over 2.5 Goals

Posh are the highest scoring team in the division, and Darren Ferguson’s men should be able to carry on where they left off here. With the prolific triumvirate of Mo Eisa, Ivan Toney and Marcus Maddison all fit and firing, Peterborough are a formidable force going forward, although they’ve not exactly been watertight at the back. It’s four games since they kept a clean sheet, and they come off the back of a topsy-turvy 3-3 draw at Wycombe. They were unable to see the game out despite having a man advantage and that is worrying. Lincoln beat Sunderland recently, but they were also defeated at Blackpool two weeks ago. Michael Appleton is still getting to grips with his squad although he has a goalscorer in his side with Tyler Walker adapting to League One football quickly. The Imps have kept just two clean sheets since mid-August and they are unlikely to stop the Peterborough charge in this one.

Swindon vs Plymouth – Over 2.5 Goals

Swindon are a funny team. Richie Wellen’s men are tough to predict and despite some early season gegenpressing, they’ve won just one of their last three League Two games. Last time out, they conceded twice to Bradford and they’ve also failed to find the net in each of their last two home matches. It’s unthinkable that the Robins would go a third game at the County Ground without finding the net and they should be able to find a way past this Plymouth defence. The Robins have convincing seen off sides in the bottom half, although they’ve struggled against better opposition. Eoin Doyle missed the defeat to Bradford although the frontman is back and he will be determined to get back on the scoresheet here. Jerry Yates has also been excellent and the hosts have plenty going forward. Ryan Lowe’s men have also been a curious case and they’ve picked up just seven points on their travels so far. They’ve scored in three of their last four away games and should be able to find the net once again.

Barrow and Dover – Over 2.5 Goals

Barrow are marching up the table and Ian Evatt’s side have been excellent in recent weeks. They won again midweek with a Scott Quigley double and have now scored 18 in their last seven matches. They are purring in the final third and they should be able to find the net again at Holker Street on Saturday. They face a Dover side who were hit for four by lowly Aldershot in midweek and they must pick themselves up immediately. They’ve now conceded eight times in their last three games and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see the hosts get all three of these goals themselves. Dover are the best away side in the division although they’ve just started to look shaky at the back in recent weeks and that could play into Barrow’s hands.
