Both teams have scored in three of Sunderland’s last six competitive matches, and they’ve scored in four of those six. For Forest, both teams have scored in four of their last six. Sunderland will go for it on the road, but I think Forest will also have plenty of chances at home.

I’m backing Sunderland’s Wilson Isidor to have one or more shots on target. In his five league appearances so far this season, he already has three goals to his name. He has had five shots on target, so averages one per game. I think he will have at least one here.
We’ve also gone for Forest’s Chris Wood to have at least one shot on target. He has two goals from his opening five games, and has also had five shots on target. As I mentioned, this one will be end-to-end, and Wood is also a good bet to have a shot on target.

The one player we’re backing for a booking is Sunderland’s Granit Xhaka. He has been carded twice already in his five league appearances this season, making nine fouls in the process. It’ll be a midfield battle, and I expect him to make more fouls here, and he’s good odds to pick up his third booking of the season.
