I’m backing Nottingham Forest to overcome West Ham in London this Sunday. Forest have had a good season despite recent form, and will be desperate to give themselves a chance of a top-six finish. Although they haven’t won much of late, they have only lost three of their last 10 matches in the league, with three draws and four wins in that time. West Ham defeated Man United last time out, but have won only two of their last 10 in the league, with just 10 league wins this season. I think Forest will win this one here. I’ve taken two players to have one or more shots on target in this one – West Ham’s Jarrod Bowen and Forest striker Chris Wood. Bowen has scored 11 Premier League goals this season, with a further one in the Carabao Cup. He has had 34 shots on target in his 32 Premier League appearances this season, giving him an average of more than one per game. Chris Wood has had an excellent season up front for Forest, scoring 20 league goals in 34 league matches. He has also had 34 shots on target in that time, meaning he averages one shot on target per game. Both teams will have chances here, and I think both players are good odds to have one or more shots on target. Nottingham Forest’s Ryan Yates is the man we’re backing to pick up a booking here. The midfielder has picked up 10 yellow cards in his 33 Premier League appearances this season. As a passionate player, he gets stuck in at every opportunity and never pulls away from a 50/50. He will be involved in a physical battle this weekend against the likes of Guido Rodriguez and Tomas Soucek. Yates has made a massive 52 fouls on his 33 league matches, giving him an average of over 1.5 fouls per game. I expect him to make a number of fouls here, and think he’s great odds to pick up his 11^th league booking of the season.
