Arsenal vs Brentford bet builder tips and predictions for tonight’s Premier League match with a player to be carded and two players to have a shot on target, as well as a team to win prediction.
Arsenal are flying high at the top of the Premier League. They welcome Brentford to the Emirates on Wednesday as they look to make it 18 matches unbeaten.
The Gunners are five points clear of Man City in second after 13 league matches. They have won nine, drawn three and lost just one league match so far this season.
Brentford are having a reasonably good season, sitting 10th in the league with six wins from 13. They’re just three points outside of the top six.

Arsenal vs Brentford Prediction – Arsenal to win (4/11)
There can’t be many safer bets than taking league leaders Arsenal to win at home. The Gunners have won nine of their 10 home matches in all competitions this season, with one draw in the process. They haven’t lost since the end of August when they were beaten by Liverpool at Anfield, and their last home defeat was back at the start of May. Brentford have won six, drawn one and lost six this season, and I don’t think they’ll get anything from Arsenal at the Emirates in this one.
Bukayo Saka over 0.5 shots on target (2/5)
Bukayo Saka has had a decent season in terms of numbers so far. He has scored six goals in all competitions, with three in 11 in the Premier League. He has also had two assists. He has scored two penalties, so may be the man who takes the spot kick if Arsenal are given one here. Of his 23 shots in the Premier League, 11 have been on target in 11 matches, meaning he averages one shot on target per match. As the second top scorers in the league with 25 goals, Arsenal are bound to create chances, and Saka is a good bet to have at least one shot on target.
ALTERNATIVE BET – Bukayo Saka to score @ 6/4
I think there will be goals in this one, in particular for Arsenal, and I think 6/4 is good odds for Bukayo Saka to grab his seventh goal of the season.
Mikel Merino over 0.5 shots on target (8/11)
Spanish midfielder Mikel Merino has bagged four goals in all competitions for Arsenal this season – with one coming in that 1-1 draw with Chelsea at the weekend. He also bagged six in six appearances for Spain in their World Cup qualifying campaign. He has had four shots on target so far this season – with two of his three shots in that Chelsea game being on target. As I said, I expect Arsenal to create a lot of chances here, and although he has had only four this season, I think there’s a good chance Merino will have one or more on target against Brentford.
Aaron Hickey to be carded (13/5)
Scottish full-back Aaron Hickey doesn’t shy away from a 50/50, getting stuck in at every opportunity. He has been booked once in eight league appearances for Brentford so far this season, with one booking in five World Cup qualifying matches for Scotland. He has made three fouls in the league so far. Last season, the 23-year-old was plagued with injury and made just nine league appearances. However, in those nine matches, he picked up five yellow cards, with five the same record the season before (five in nine) and seven in 25 appearances in season 2022/23, his derby season in the Premier League. He will be coming up against Bukayo Saka here, who has won 26 fouls in 11 matches so far this season, and I expect Hickey to be forced into a couple of fouls. He’s good odds to pick up a card at 13/5.
