Chelsea travel north to face Leeds, following a good 1-1 draw with league leaders Arsenal on Monday. Chelsea are third in the league, while Leeds are in the relegation zone, down in 18th place with just 11 points.
Chelsea come into this one on a seven-game unbeaten run, with five wins and two draws in their last seven matches in all competitions.
Leeds have lost six of their last seven in the league, which is a terrible run. Their only win in that time was a 2-1 victory at home to West Ham on 24 October.

Chelsea have had a decent run of late and find themselves in third in the league, behind only Arsenal and Man City. They come into this one off the back of a 1-1 draw with table toppers Arsenal, and are unbeaten in their last seven matches in all competitions. They’ve also lost just one in five in the Champions League, with three wins and one draw. They’re only six points off the top of the Premier League, and will be keen to put pressure on the two ahead of them. Coming up against a struggling Leeds side who have only won three league matches this season, I can’t see anything but a win for Enzo Maresca’s Chelsea.
Joao Pedro over 0.5 shots on target (4/9)
Chelsea’s Joao Pedro has had a decent season so far this season. He has scored four and assisted three in 13 league matches, with 22 shots in that time. 11 of those have been on target, giving him an average of just under one per game. Chelsea will have a lot of the ball and create a lot of chances in this one, and taking the Brazilian to have at least one shot on target seems like a safe bet.
Jayden Bogle to be carded (9/4)
Leeds right-back Jayden Bogle has been carded three times in his 13 Premier League appearances so far this season. He has made 14 fouls in that time, meaning he averages more than one per game. He will be coming directly up against a tricky customer in Chelsea’s Pedro Neto, who has won 12 fouls in his 13 league appearances. It’ll be a difficult game for Bogle, and I think there’s a good chance he will pick up his forth booking of the season.
Marc Cucurella to be carded (14/5)
Chelsea left-back Marc Cucurella has picked up five bookings in all competitions this season – three in the league and two in the Carabao Cup. He’s known for getting stuck in, and has made 19 fouls in his 13 league appearances, with a further 12 committed in just four Champions League appearances, and two in two in the Carabao Cup. That gives him an average of well over one per game, with 33 fouls in 27. He was booked last time out against Arsenal, and I wouldn’t be surprised to see him pick up another card in this one.
ALTERNATIVE BET – Marc Cucurella to commit 1+ fouls @ 1/4
At much shorter odds of 1/4, taking Cucurella to commit one or more fouls is a far safer bet. The stats back this one up, as he averages well over one foul per game. Taking this selection reduces the bet builder to 15/2.
