All four of the matches kick off at 3pm on Boxing Day, and first up, we’re looking for Norwich to beat Charlton, Hull to beat Sheffield Wednesday, and Coventry to beat Swansea in the Championship. The last leg of the accumulator is Blackpool to beat Doncaster in League One.
Hull to beat Sheffield Wednesday
Sheffield Wednesday are still in the midst of their struggles and have only won once all season. Hull, on the other hand, are playing well above expectations and sit in fourth going into the Boxing Day fixtures.
Norwich to beat Charlton
Norwich are down in 23rd in the table, but they have only lost once in their last five games and are starting to turn things around. Charlton stopped the rot with a 1-0 win last time out, but really struggle on the road.
Coventry to beat Swansea
Coventry are facing a vital part of their season after a few indifferent results following their sensational start to the season. They are still top of the pile but they’ve only won once in the last four matches, and Middlesbrough have closed the gap to six points. Swansea have won three of their last four games so this will be tricky for Frank Lampard’s side, but home advantage should give them the win.
Blackpool to beat Doncaster
This is a big Boxing Day clash at the bottom of the League One table, but Blackpool are tipped to win, and they’ve won two of their last three games. Doncaster are dropping down the league, having lost their last three matches and we’re betting on Blackpool to complete the 14/1 Boxing Day accumulator.
