Liverpool vs Brighton Prediction, Betting Tips and 5/1 Bet Builder

Liverpool vs Brighton predictions and betting tips for a 5/1 bet builder on the Premier League match this weekend. Liverpool could end the weekend back at the top of the Premier League, and I’m backing them to do their part against Brighton here. As table-toppers Arsenal take on current champions Man City, a draw or a Man City win combined with three points for Liverpool will send them back to the top. Jurgen Klopp’s side are unbeaten in their last five Premier League fixtures. Brighton are having a reasonably good season and currently sit in ninth position, but I don’t think they’ll have enough here and I think Liverpool will win fairly comfortably.

Liverpool vs Brighton Bet Builder Tip

  • Mo Salah to score
Mo Salah has been Liverpool’s danger man for many years now, and you’d be silly to bet against him scoring in any fixture. This season, he has bagged himself 15 goals in his 22 games played, and that’s with missing some of the season through injury and going to the African Cup of Nations. In those 22 games, he has had 35 shots on target, an average of over 1.5 per game. He will have a number of chances in this one with Liverpool likely to spend most of the game on the front foot, and I’m backing him to take at least one of them. Tariq Lamptey will be in for a tricky 90 minutes on Sunday as he goes up against a formidable Liverpool attack. The full back is very impressive, but I think he could struggle to get a hold in this one as he will need to put in a stellar defensive display to stop the reds. He hasn’t featured in every game this season for the Seagulls, but in his 13 appearances, he has collected three bookings, averaging just over 0.5 fouls per game. I think he is good odds for a card in this one.
