That said, I don’t think they’ll overcome Chelsea in his first game and I’m going for Chelsea or draw here. The Blues have won five of their opening nine league matches, drawing two and losing two. That said, I do think they’ll at least score, so I’m backing both teams to score. United should get a bounce from their new gaffer taking to the dugout for his first league match, and I think his players will be right up for it and get themselves on the scoresheet in what should be a close encounter. Chelsea have scored 19 goals this season, the second highest in the league, and are showing no signs of letting up. Both teams to score is a great bet here. The main man at the heart of the Chelsea attack is Cole Palmer. So far this season, Palmer has scored nine goals, seven of them coming in his nine Premier League appearances. In those fixtures, he has had 12 shots on target, an average just under 1.5 per game. He’s great odds for a shot on target here. Our final selection is Bruno Fernandes to be booked. The United captain is always involved in some capacity, and has poor discipline, certainly this season. He has picked up one yellow and one red in the league, and one red and one yellow in the Europa League this season. In the league, he has made five fouls in nine matches, and I think he will make a couple here meaning there’s a good chance he will be carded.
