Man City vs Man United bet builder tips and match predictions for Sunday’s fixture in the Premier League with a player to have a shot on target and two players to be carded.

City are amidst their worst run of form for as long as I can remember, certainly their worst run under Pep Guardiola. They have won just two of their last 10 fixtures in all competitions, and are fourth in the table. They are now 10/1 to win the league. United are in 13^th with just five league wins this season. They are six points outside of the top six, and they are 2/1 to finish in the top six.

This is one game that people look out for in the Premier League calendar; the Manchester Derby. This season, both United and City are struggling badly. That said, they both have quality in their squads, especially Man City, and I expect this to be an exciting affair at the Etihad. City have scored 27 goals this season, and United 19, and I think both teams will get themselves on the scoresheet here.  

Over 0.5 Shots on Target Prediction – Amad Diallo

Amad Diallo is getting his chance under Ruben Amorim. The former Rangers loanee has bagged himself one league goal this season, and another two in the Europa League, making 21 appearances in all competitions. He has had six shots on target in his 13 league appearances this season, and I think he will have an impact on this game, and he will have at least one shot on target.  

Man Utd Player to be Carded Prediction – Manuel Ugarte

We’re going for two players to be carded – Manuel Ugarte and Bernardo Silva. Ugarte is a very physical midfielder, and I expect this one to be a very physical derby battle in the middle of the park. Ugarte has picked up three yellow cards in his 10 Premier League appearances so far this season, picking up one in his five Europa League run outs. In the league, he has fouled 15 times, and I expect him to foul a fair few times here and he’s good odds for a card.  

Man City Player to be Carded Prediction – Bernardo Silva

We’re also backing City midfielder Bernardo Silva to be carded in this one. He has been booked four times in the league so far this season and once in the Champions League. There will be plenty of full on tackles and fouls in this one, and he has as good a chance as anyone for a booking here.
