Bristol City got the better of the travelling Bluebirds in both league fixtures last term, winning 3-2 at home and 2-1 at the Cardiff City Stadium. Whilst Cardiff have proven already this year that they have a solid rear-guard, keeping three clean sheets in their opening four league matches, I do expect both teams to score in this one. Cardiff have scored at Ashton Gate on their previous eight visits across the Severn Bridge, so it’s definitely been a place where their travelling support have celebrated in the past.
