Manchester City to win both halves

While Manchester City might have found themselves in the midst of a domestic rut when heading into October’s international break, the Sky Blues have come roaring back in some style. Last seen over the weekend cruising their way to a 6-1 romp against relegation scrappers Bournemouth, Pep Guardiola’s side have now won each of their previous four appearances across all competitions by an aggregate score of 14-3. Including a 3-1 victory when they travelled over to Switzerland for their reverse Champions League showdown on October 25th, City will be looking to produce another free-scoring display here.

Phil Foden to score anytime

While the record-breaking Erling Haaland might have continued to steal most of Manchester City’s headlines this season, Phil Foden is enjoying his own recent flurry. Along with getting on the scoresheet as Guardiola’s side signed off October with a 3-0 romp away at bitter local rivals Manchester United, the England international has now found the net in back-to-back domestic showdowns. Along with opening his Champions League account in City’s 3-1 win away at RB Leipzig on October 4th, Foden will be looking to make it three goals on the bounce here.

Mohamed Camara to be shown a card

Eventually slumping to a 3-1 loss when they welcomed Manchester City over to Switzerland on October 25th, Young Boys will be bracing themselves for another monumental challenge here. Shown what has become a customary booking against Winterthur while on domestic duties over the weekend, Mohamed Camara looks set to walk another disciplinary tightrope on Tuesday night. In fact, along with being brandished with a caution against City last month, the 26-year-old has now been shown a booking in five of his previous seven appearances across all competitions – a run that stems back to September 19th.
