Manchester City are on the brink of another Premier League title, and I expect them to win this one very comfortably against relegation battlers Everton. The Toffees are just two points above the relegation zone at the minute, and are unbeaten in their last two, but Man City will have too much for them here. City are a point clear of Arsenal with a game in hand over the gunners, and are unbeaten in their last 21 matches in all competitions, with their last defeat coming against Spurs on the 5^th of February. I think City will continue their excellent run with a win over Everton here. City have been winning at half time and full time in five of their last six, and I think it’ll be the same here.

As I said, City have scored 89 goals in the league this season, and could reach 100 before the season comes to a close. They have scored 29 goals in their last 10 Premier League fixtures, and I think they’ll score at least three against Everton who are struggling at the bottom end of the league. The Toffees have conceded 53 league goals this season, with a goal difference of -21, and I think it’ll get worse for them here against high flyers Man City.

 

Amadou Onana to be booked

Amadou Onana has picked up the most cards for Everton this season, collecting eight Premier League yellow cards in his 27 starts and two sub appearances so far this season. He averages 1.67 fouls per game, and I expect him to make a number of fouls in this one. Onana is a defensive midfielder and will come up against some very tricky players such as Kevin De Bruyne here. He will be forced into making a number of tackles as Man City come at the Toffees all guns blazing, and I think he will be late on more than one occasion. I’m backing him to be carded in this one.
