City haven’t had the season a lot of people would’ve expected and find themselves in fifth in the league, one point behind fourth placed Chelsea. They are 4/6 for a top four finish. United have had a dreadful season and are down in 13^th, seven off the top half. To finish in the top half, they are 5/1.

I think Man City will win this one against their Manchester rivals United at Old Trafford. United won the last one between these two, a 1-2 victory for the Red Devils at the Etihad back in December, and Pep Guardiola’s side will be seeking revenge here. They have won seven of the last 10 Manchester derbies, and I think they’ll come out on top here. Their recent form is fairly mixed, with five defeats in their last 15 and nine this season. However, United have lost 13 this season, and and are winless in six of their last 10 league matches. With it being a derby, I do think both teams will get themselves on the scoresheet. There’s no denying that there’s a huge amount of talent in both sides, and both have provided some excellent performances this season, just not consistently – especially in Man U’s case. Both teams have scored in the last eight meeting between these two, and they are usually great games. I think both teams to score is a great shout here. Bruno Fernandes is often the man to get United out of bother or fire them to victory. The captain has scored 14 goals in all competitions from midfield this season, with eight of them coming in the league, four in the Europa League and two in the Carabao Cup. He is United’s penalty, and often free kick taker, which heightens his chances of having a shot on goal. This season, he has had 26 shots on target in 28 league appearances, giving him an average of just under one shot on target per game. I’m backing him to have one or more here. Casemiro is the man we’ve picked for a booking in this derby match. He’s a very physical presence in midfield, and with the added incentive of Manchester bragging rights, I think he’s a good choice. He has been booked five times this season, three times in 20 league appearances and twice in the Europa League. He averages just under 1.5 fouls per game in the league. He was booked last time out in their defeat to Forest, and I think there’s a good chance he will be booked again here.
