RB Leipzig vs Celtic Bet Builder Tips – Three Predictions for a 7/2 Bet in Germany

Champions League tips

It’s time for another night of Champions League action, as three British teams take to the biggest stage in club football. Celtic, Chelsea, and Man City are all in action in what promises to be an exciting night of football and we have picked out a bet builder for each game.

Below you will see our RB Leipzig vs Celtic bet builder including an anytime scorer, shots on target, and team-to-win prediction.

Celtic lost their first match against Real Madrid but picked up a point against Shakhtar last time out and got back to winning wins at the weekend with a win over St Mirren. You feel they will need to get points from RB Leipzig to have any chance of qualifying but this is a difficult test despite Leipzig producing two shocking performances against Real Madrid and Shakhtar so far, losing both.

RB Leipzig vs Celtic Bet Builder Tip

  • Christopher Nkunku to score anytime
  • Kyogo Furuhashi over 0.5 shots on target
  • Match result to be RB Leipzig

ODDS – 7/2 with Bet365

Christopher Nkunku to score anytime

RB Leipzig lie 11th in what is a hotly contested Bundesliga this season and, despite their below mid-table position, lie just six points off the top of the league. They have scored 13 goals in their opening eight fixtures, and Christopher Nkunku is their top scorer, having bagged six of them. The Frenchman is wanted by a number of clubs and wants to secure a place at the World Cup with France this year, including Chelsea, and is one of the hottest prospects around at the moment. I expect Leipzig to have plenty of chances, and Nkunku will have his fair share and is a good shout to grab a goal.

Kyogo Furuhashi over 0.5 shots on target

Ange Postecoglu will have his side well up for their visit to Germany, and the Glasgow side will come flying out the blocks no doubt. Kyogo Furuhashi will be there or thereabouts as Celtic are attacking, and you wouldn’t get against him having a couple of shots on target. The Japanese frontman has played 89 minutes of Champions League football this season, and has had one shot on target in that game. He has scored seven in eight Scottish Premiership matches, so I think one shot on target is easily achievable for him in this one.

Match result to be RB Leipzig

Following a 4-0 victory against VfL Bochum last time out, I expect Leipzig to reign victorious in this one as well. Marco Rose’s side haven’t lost a Bundesliga game at home this season, and I think they’ll carry their league home form into this one, despite losing their last couple of Champions League matches. I think home advantage will be a key factor for them here, and they’ll win this one.
