FC Porto host Premier League Nottingham Forest this Thursday in the first leg of this Europa League quarter-final. Porto are five points clear at the top of Liga Portugal, and Forest are 16th in the Premier League.
Porto have lost only one of their last 10 matches in all competitions, drawing two and winning seven in that time. They won both legs against VfB Stuttgart in their last Europa League tie.
Forest have lost four, drawn three and won three of their last 10 in all competitions. Their last Europa League win was in the first leg against Fenerbahce, and they lost the second leg 1-2 at the City Ground.
Our four-leg bet builder is priced at 20/1 with BetMGM, featuring both teams to score, a shots on target selection and a card pick.

FC Porto Form and Match Preview
Porto have lost only one of their last 10 matches in all competitions, drawing two and winning seven in that time. They won both legs against VfB Stuttgart in their last Europa League tie.
Vítor Bruno’s side arrive into this quarter final in excellent domestic and European form, and the Estádio do Dragão will be a formidable atmosphere for a struggling Nottingham Forest side to navigate. League leaders in Portugal, unbeaten in six, and coming off a two-legged demolition of Stuttgart — Porto are a well-organised, dangerous side who will be fully motivated to progress to the semi-finals of a competition they can genuinely win. Home advantage makes them favourites, and their form backs that assessment up.
Nottingham Forest Form and Match Preview
Forest have lost four, drawn three and won three of their last 10 in all competitions. Their last Europa League win was in the first leg against Fenerbahce, and they lost the second leg 1-2 at the City Ground.
Nuno Espírito Santo’s side travel to Porto in inconsistent form and under significant domestic pressure, sitting only three points above the Premier League relegation zone. The Europa League has offered a welcome escape from that pressure, but losing the second leg at home against Fenerbahce will have dented confidence. Forest have won their last two in all competitions which suggests some upturn in form, but a trip to one of Portugal’s most intense European venues remains a very difficult assignment.

Best Bet Builder Tip — FC Porto to Win — 23/20
I think Porto will win this one at home against Nottingham Forest. Forest are having a poor season, and are only three points outside of the relegation zone in the Premier League. In the league, they’ve won only eight of 31 matches, drawing eight and losing 15. They have won their last two, but I don’t think they’ll make it three in three against a strong Porto side. The Portuguese league leaders are unbeaten in six, with just one defeat in their last 10. At home, I think they’ll have a lot of chances, and I think they’ll come out on top here.
Both Teams to Score — 19/20
I expect Porto to score a couple at home, but I also think Forest will score at least one. The Prem strugglers have scored in six of their last 10, conceding on six occasions too. Porto have scored in nine of their last 10 in all competitions, conceding in six of them. There’s a lot at stake for both teams here, with Forest looking to salvage something from a poor season, and Porto looking to build on their league success on the European stage. I think both teams to score is a good shout here.
Terem Moffi Over 0.5 Shots on Target — 12/25
Nigerian striker Terem Moffi is the man I’m backing for a shot on target in this one. The 26-year-old has scored five goals in all competitions this season, two in the league and one in the Europa League, while playing for Nice earlier in the season, before joining Porto on loan. Since joining Porto, he has scored one in the league and one in the Europa League. In the Europa League, he has had five shots on target, an average of one per game. I think this is a solid bet.
Nicolas Dominguez to Be Booked — 23/10
Forest midfielder Nicolas Dominguez is good odds to pick up a card at 23/10. He has been carded four times in all competitions this season, with two in the Premier League and one in each of the Europa League and the FA Cup. In the Europa League, he has made 10 fouls in nine appearances, despite only receiving one card in this competition. It’ll be a tough game for him here, and I think there’s a good chance he will pick up a card.
Alternative Bet — Nicolas Dominguez Over 0.5 Fouls (1/7)
It’s much shorter odds, but taking Dominguez to make at least one foul is a banker in this one. With an average of more than one per game, I think this selection will land and has this bet builder at odds of 11/2.
