I think Chelsea will win this one at home. The Blues have won 10 of their 20 league matches this season, drawing six and losing four. Their recent form hasn’t been good in the league, and they have failed to win in their last four, but they will be desperate to turn it around, and come into this in good goalscoring form after a 5-0 FA Cup victory over Morecambe. They are unbeaten in their last six  games against Bournemouth, winning four and drawing two, and I think they’ll come away with all three points here.

I do think both teams will score though, given Chelsea’s recent form and Bournemouth’s strong season. In three of those previously mentioned last six between the two, both teams have scored, and there’s a good chance it’ll happen again here. Chelsea have scored 39 goals so far in the league, but they have conceded 24, the most of any team in the top four. Bournemouth have scored in 13 of their last 15, with both teams scoring in 10 of their last 15. Both teams have scored in seven of Chelsea’s last 10 fixtures in the league, and I think that will be the case in this one.

We’re going for two players to have at least one shot on target – Cole Palmer and Ryan Christie. Palmer has scored 13 in his 20 league appearances so far this season, with 29 shots on target, an average of 1.5 per game. Christie is a bit of a wildcard selection, given he has only bagged one goal for the Cherries so far this season. He has had six shots on target in his 19 league appearances. He likes to arrive late in the area, and I think if Bournemouth are to create chances in this one, a lot of them will be from set pieces, and the ball could fall to Christie around the edge of the box, as we seen in the clever corner routine for his goal earlier in the season in a 1-0 win over Arsenal. Taking him for a shot on target boosts this selection to 13/2.
