bet365 withdrawal speed: 8/10
How long does a bet365 withdrawal take? bet365 aims to process withdrawals within 4 hours (occasionally up to 24 hours during busy periods or extra checks), after which the money passes to your card or bank provider, who add their own processing time.
In our own test, a Visa debit card withdrawal landed in the bank in just over an hour — fast for a debit card, and comfortably quicker than most UK bookmakers. Below are our test result, bet365’s official processing time for every payment method, and how to get your money out as fast as possible.

bet365 Withdrawal Times by Payment Method
The times below are bet365’s official processing times — how long bet365 takes on their side before the payment is released. Actual arrival then depends on your provider. Our own tested result is marked where we’ve run it ourselves.
| Method | Min–Max | bet365 processing time | Our test |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa debit | £5 – £20,000 | 1–4 hours (can be instant) | ~1 hour (tested) |
| Mastercard debit | £5 – £20,000 | 1–4 hours | Provider-dependent |
| PayPal | £10 – £5,500 | 1–4 hours | — |
| Trustly (instant bank transfer) | £5 – £100,000 | 1–4 hours | — |
| Apple Pay | £5 – £2,000 | 1–4 hours | — |
| Paysafecard | £5 – £2,000 | 1–4 hours | — |
| Bank transfer | £5 – £100,000 | 1–4 hours (then your bank, usually within 24h) | — |
The key takeaway: bet365 releases funds fast — typically inside four hours, whatever method you use. The variable is your bank. Debit cards and instant bank transfer (Trustly) tend to arrive quickest; standard bank transfer is slowest at the receiving end.
What Is the Fastest Way to Withdraw From bet365?
For the quickest payout, use a Visa debit card or Trustly (instant bank transfer). Bet365 processes both inside four hours, and in our Visa test, the money was in the account in just over an hour. E-wallets like PayPal are also fast on bet365’s side, but PayPal’s £25 deposit minimum (and the rule that you withdraw to the same method you deposited with) makes it less convenient here than at other books. The slowest option at the receiving end is a standard bank transfer, purely because of how long banks take to post the funds — bet365’s own processing is still quick.

How to Withdraw From bet365
Withdrawing is done through the cashier on the app or site:
- Tap the profile icon (top right) to open the account menu
- Select Bank, then Withdraw
- Choose your payment method — bet365 defaults to the method you last used
- Enter your withdrawal amount (minimum £5 for most methods, £10 for PayPal)
- Tap the green Withdraw button to confirm
You’ll usually need to withdraw back to the same method you deposited with. If you enabled payment notifications in the app (profile → Alerts), bet365 will ping you once the withdrawal is processed on their end.
bet365 Minimum and Maximum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal at bet365 is £5 for all methods except PayPal, which is £10. Maximum withdrawals vary by method: £2,000 for Apple Pay and Paysafecard, £5,500 for PayPal, £20,000 for debit cards, and up to £100,000 for Trustly and bank transfer — so if you’ve won big, an instant bank transfer or bank transfer is the way to move a large balance in one go.
bet365 Withdrawal to a Debit Card
Debit card is the method most UK punters use, and it’s a strong choice at bet365. Processing is quick — 1–4 hours on bet365’s side, and in our test the Visa withdrawal cleared in just over an hour. Mastercard debit can take a little longer to post depending on your bank, but it’s far faster than it used to be. Minimum £5, maximum £20,000, no fee. For the deposit side, see our bet365 deposit methods guide.
bet365 Withdrawal to PayPal
PayPal withdrawals are processed quickly by bet365, with a £10 minimum and £5,500 maximum. The catch is on the deposit side: bet365 sets an unusually high £25 minimum deposit for PayPal, and because you generally withdraw to the same method you funded with, PayPal is less convenient here than at many other bookmakers. If you specifically want PayPal, it works — just know the deposit minimum going in.
bet365 Withdrawal by Bank Transfer
Bank transfer suits larger withdrawals thanks to the £100,000 maximum. Bet365 processes it quickly on their side (within a few hours), but the money’s arrival depends entirely on your bank, so allow up to 24 hours in most cases. There’s no instant standard bank transfer, so for speed, a debit card or Trustly is better; for a very large one-off withdrawal, bank transfer is the sensible pick.
bet365 Withdrawal Pending or Not Received?
If a withdrawal is taking longer than expected, a few things are worth checking. First, bet365’s own history section shows the amount and time of the request but little on its status, so you’re largely relying on the stated timeframe. If you’ve passed that window:
- Can’t request a withdrawal at all? Your account verification is probably incomplete — upload ID in My Account → Verification.
- Withdrawal processed but not arrived? bet365 has likely released it and the delay is at your bank or card provider. Contact them, and check with bet365 support to confirm the processing date.
- Large withdrawal held for checks? bet365 may run additional KYC or source-of-funds checks on big wins — standard practice across UKGC-licensed books, not a red flag.
One honest point worth knowing: if you’re a consistent winner, bet365 may apply account restrictions that can complicate larger withdrawals. We cover exactly who this affects — and who it doesn’t — in the bet365 review.
