Note on qualifying bet: The total stake must be £5 or more — a £2.50 each-way bet does not qualify as the total stake is only £5 in combination, not £5 on a single side. Both Bet Builders and Multiples are eligible as long as the stake is £5 or more. Cashed out bets do not qualify.
How the £30 Is Paid Out
The £30 arrives as six £5 tokens in stages over 48 hours:
On settlement of your qualifying bet:

- £5 Multiple token
24 hours after the qualifying bet settles:
- £5 Horse Racing Multiple token
- £5 Football Bet Builder token
48 hours after the qualifying bet settles:

Total: £30 across six £5 tokens
All tokens require a minimum of 5 legs and expire 5 days after being credited. Tokens cannot be used on full cover bets (Lucky 15s, Yankees, etc). Free bet stakes are not returned with winnings.
The Multiple tokens are the most flexible for Cheltenham — usable on horse racing multiples across any of the 28 Festival races. The Horse Racing Multiple token is restricted to horse racing only. The Bet Builder tokens require a 5-leg bet builder. The Football Bet Builder token is restricted to football.
How to Use Your SBK Free Bets at Cheltenham
The minimum 5-leg requirement on all tokens is the critical thing to plan around. You cannot place any SBK token on a single, double, treble, or four-fold — every token must be used on a bet of five or more legs.
Multiple tokens (£5 each, two available) — Use these on five-race Cheltenham accumulators. The most natural structure is to pick one selection from each day of the Festival and add a fifth leg — for example, four daily selections plus the Cheltenham Gold Cup as the anchor. You have two Multiple tokens so you can run two different five-race combinations across the week.
£5 Horse Racing Multiple token — Restricted to horse racing only. Use it on a five-race Cheltenham combination, targeting slightly bigger-priced races such as novice chases or handicap hurdles where the returns on a £5 stake are more meaningful.
Bet Builder tokens (£5 each, two available — one is football only) — One Bet Builder token can be used on any sport, including horse racing bet builders, the other is football only. If using the horse racing Bet Builder on Cheltenham, build a five-selection race card combination within SBK’s bet builder markets.
