The Coral Connect Card is a free in-store loyalty rewards card that gives Coral customers access to exclusive promotions and benefits when betting in a Coral shop. It is available to all Coral customers and takes just a few minutes to get from any Coral betting shop.
What Is a Coral Connect Card?
A Coral Connect Card is a physical rewards card linked to your Coral account that unlocks exclusive in-store promotions and offers when you bet at a Coral betting shop. It is completely free to get and there is no ongoing cost.
The card was updated in April 2023 and is now used exclusively for in-store benefits. It is no longer used for deposits or withdrawals – those are handled through your standard Coral account. What the card does give you is access to ongoing in-store promotions, including Best Odds Guaranteed on horse racing, exclusive weekly free-to-play games and regular in-shop offers not available to standard online customers.
Coral Connect Card Benefits
Best Odds Guaranteed on horse racing. If your horse’s Starting Price (SP) is bigger than the odds you took, Coral will automatically pay you at the better SP when you bet in-store using your Connect Card. This is the same BOG guarantee available online but applied to your shop bets.
Exclusive in-store promotions. Connect cardholders get access to offers and promotions that are only available in Coral shops, including enhanced odds, free bet offers and money-back specials. These are advertised in-store and change regularly.
Free-to-play games. Connect cardholders can access weekly free-to-play games in-store, including prediction games for football and racing with cash prizes available.
Rewards Shaker. Access to Coral’s daily Rewards Shaker – a free daily prize draw offering free bets, booster tokens and other prizes. Available once per day from 08:00 until 20:00.
Coral Coins. Earn Coral Coins through Connect activity that can be used in the Coral rewards store.
Shop Bet Tracker. Track bets placed in-store through the Coral app using your Connect Card. Enter the 7-digit code from your shop betslip in the Connect section of the Coral app to follow progress and access cash out if available. If your bet was placed on a Coral BetStation, do not include the letter ‘B’ from the code.
How to Get a Coral Connect Card
Getting a Coral Connect Card takes a few minutes and requires a visit to your local Coral shop. You do not need an existing online Coral account to get one – you can set up an in-store account at the counter.
Steps to get your Coral Connect Card:
- Find your nearest Coral shop using the store locator on the Coral website or app – enter your postcode to find the closest branch
- Visit the shop and ask a member of staff for a Coral Connect Card
- Provide your name, mobile number and a verification code – you may also be asked for ID such as a driving licence
- Your card will be prepared and available to use immediately
- You will receive a PIN number to link the card to your account
That is all there is to it. The card is free, and you can start using it on your next in-store bet.
Digital Connect Card option. If you have an existing Coral online account, you can also generate a digital Connect Card without visiting a shop. Log in to the Coral app, select My Account, click My Connect Card and press the green Generate button. Set a four-digit PIN, and your virtual card is ready to use.
How to Use the Coral Connect Card In-Store
Using the card is straightforward. When placing a bet in a Coral shop, simply hand your Connect Card to the cashier before your bet is processed. This links your bet to your Connect account and automatically applies any relevant promotions – including Best Odds Guaranteed on horse racing.
To access the Rewards Shaker and free-to-play games, present your card in-store or access them through your Coral app with your Connect account logged in.
Coral Connect Card and the Coral App
The Coral Connect Card works alongside the main Coral app – there is no separate Connect app to download. Once your Connect Card is set up, the app gives you additional functionality:
- Shop Bet Tracker – follow the progress of bets placed in-store
- Cash Out – cash out in-store bets through the app if the option is available
- Live streaming – watch live racing and other sports if you have a qualifying bet
- Rewards access – manage your Coral Coins and Rewards Shaker entries
