7Bet Launch New Welcome Offer – Bet £20 Get £21 in Bonus Bets

Last Updated on 29/04/2026 by Andy Clark

7Bet have refreshed their new customer offer for 2026. The new welcome bonus gives punters up to £21 in Bonus Bets after a £20 qualifying bet — split across three sport-specific stages with promo code WELCOME7.

It’s a different structure from most UK welcome offers. Rather than a single free bet, the £21 is released as three £7 Bonus Bets, each tied to a different bet type — any sport, horse racing, and a football accumulator. Here’s everything you need to know.

What’s the New 7Bet Offer?

The headline: Bet £20, Get Up to £21 in Bonus Bets with promo code WELCOME7.

Place a £20 qualifying single bet at minimum odds of Evens (2.0) and you’ll receive three £7 Bonus Bets, released in stages:

  • 1st Bonus Bet: £7 to use on any sport (excluding Virtuals)
  • 2nd Bonus Bet: £7 to use on horse racing only
  • 3rd Bonus Bet: £7 to use on a football accumulator (4+ selections at 3/1+)

Each Bonus Bet is valid for 5 days from the moment it’s credited.

How to Claim the New 7Bet Offer

The full process takes around five minutes:

  1. Open a 7Bet account and enter promo code WELCOME7
  2. Deposit at least £20 using your preferred payment method
  3. Place a £20 single bet at minimum 1/1 (2.0) odds, with the “Qualify for bonus” toggle on
  4. Receive your 1st £7 Bonus Bet when the qualifying bet settles
  5. Use it on any sport, then your 2nd £7 Bonus Bet (horse racing) is credited automatically
  6. 24 hours after using the 1st Bonus Bet, your 3rd £7 Bonus Bet (football accumulator) lands

The qualifying bet must settle within 7 days of entering the promo code, otherwise the offer expires.

What’s Different About the New Offer?

The staged Bonus Bet structure is the headline change. Most UK welcome offers credit a flat amount in one or two chunks — for example, Betfred’s £50 lands as 3 x £10 sports + 2 x £10 acca free bets all at once.

7Bet’s new offer instead releases £7 at a time, gated behind the previous Bonus Bet being used. To unlock all £21, you need to:

  • Settle the qualifying bet
  • Use the 1st Bonus Bet
  • Wait 24 hours
  • Use the 2nd Bonus Bet within its 5-day window
  • Use the 3rd Bonus Bet within its 5-day window

This rewards punters who actually use the account rather than just claiming the offer and walking away. It’s also a calculated nudge towards 7Bet’s three flagship product areas — general sports, horse racing, and football accumulators.

Maximum Winnings on Each Bonus Bet

The Bonus Bets have caps that affect their headline value. These are worth knowing before you sign up:

Bonus BetSportMin OddsMax Winnings
1stAny (excl. Virtuals)4/5 (1.8)£500
2ndHorse Racing only4/5 (1.8)£500
3rdFootball Acca (4+ selections)3/1 (4.0) total£10

The £500 caps on the first two Bonus Bets are generous — you could realistically win meaningful sums on a higher-odds racing or sports pick. The £10 cap on the football accumulator is restrictive, particularly given the 3/1 minimum odds requirement. In practice, the football acca stage is worth £10 maximum, regardless of the actual accumulator price you pick.

This affects how you should think about the offer:

  • Theoretical max value: £1,010 (£500 + £500 + £10)
  • Realistic value: depends entirely on your selections — bigger upside on stages 1 and 2, capped on stage 3

Who Is This Offer Best For?

The 7Bet welcome offer suits punters who already bet across multiple sports — the staged Bonus Bets reward variety. If your normal betting routine includes football match results, racing, and weekend accumulators, you’ll get value from each stage.

If you only bet on football, or only on racing, you’ll find the offer less useful than a flat free bet at one of the alternatives.

How to Get the Most From Each Bonus Bet

Each stage has different rules — here’s how to use them properly.

1st Bonus Bet (Any Sport — £500 cap)

Your most flexible Bonus Bet. With the £500 winnings ceiling, push odds higher to maximise return. A 4/5 minimum-odds Bonus Bet returns just £5.60 in profit; a 4/1 selection returns £28.

Browse our football tips, horse racing tips or bet builder tips for selections at higher odds.

2nd Bonus Bet (Horse Racing — £500 cap)

Restricted to horse racing, with SP and Each-Way bets excluded. Take a fixed price on the win market only.

Pair with our NAP of the Day or Lucky 15 Tips. For higher-odds value picks, our ITV Racing Tips often feature 4/1+ selections.

3rd Bonus Bet (Football Accumulator — £10 cap)

The £10 cap is the constraint here. You need 4+ selections at 3/1+ total odds, but maximum return is £10 regardless of how high the actual odds go.

Stick to the lowest accumulator odds that meet the 3/1 minimum — anything higher is wasted because the cap limits your profit anyway. Use our football accumulator tips for low-odds 4-fold selections.

Key Things to Watch Out For

Three details from the small print worth knowing.

No cash-out. Cash-out is not available on the qualifying bet or any of the three Bonus Bets. You have to let each bet run to settlement.

Strict bet types on the racing stage. Starting Price (SP) and Each-Way (EW) bets don’t qualify for the 2nd Bonus Bet. You must take a fixed price on the win market.

Staged release means commitment. If you don’t use the 1st Bonus Bet, you don’t unlock the 2nd. If you don’t use the 2nd within 5 days, you lose it. The full £21 only comes through if you actively use each stage.

Maximum stake = £20 cash + £21 staged Bonus Bets. You’re putting £20 of your own money up front (the qualifying bet), and the Bonus Bets are released over the following days as you place each one.

Should You Claim the New 7Bet Offer?

Worth claiming if:

  • You bet across multiple sports and want a Bonus Bet for each
  • You want to try a smaller bookmaker outside the corporate giants
  • You don’t already have a 7Bet account

Look elsewhere if:

  • You only bet on football match results (try Betfred £50)
  • You want maximum welcome offer value with fewer restrictions (try BoyleSports £40)
  • You want the cleanest, most flexible free bet structure (try bet365 £30)
  • The £10 cap on the football accumulator stage feels too restrictive for the effort
