Erling Haaland Goalscorer Odds – New Man City Striker 4/1 Favourite to win the Golden Boot
Manchester City have signed one of the best players in the world already this transfer window and now you can bet on how many goals Erling Haaland will score in his first Premier League season at bet365.
The former Borussia Dortmund striker has been installed as the 4/1 favourite to win the Premier League Golden Boot in the 2022/23 season and he’s 14/1 to score 35 goals or more in his debut season.
This would break the record for the most goals in a Premier League season, surpassing Andy Cole and Alan Shearer who both scored 34 Premier League goals in a season during the mid-90s.
Haaland Odds to be Premier League Top Goalscorer
- Paddy Power – 4/1
- William Hill – 4/1
- 888Sport – 4/1
- Bet Victor – 4/1
- Betfred – 7/2
- bet365 – 7/2
The bookies are obviously expecting a big season from the Norweigan marksman, installing him as the favourite to be Premier League top goalscorer ahead of the likes of Mo Salah (5/1), Harry Kane (7/1) and Heung-Min Son (10/1).
Last season it went right down to the final day and Salah and Son shared the award with 23 goals each. bet365 are expecting Erling Haaland to surpass that total this season and bet365 have Haaland’s odds at 11/4 to score between 26 and 30 Premier League goals.
Manchester City played all of last season without a recognised centre forward and still managed to win the Premier League title but now with Haaland set to lead the line and get the world-class support from the likes of Phil Foden and Kevin De Bruyne, it is easy to see why Haaland is the favourite in the Golden Boot odds.
Erling Haaland 14/1 to score 35+ Premier League goals
If you think Haaland will blow the competition away this season then this 14/1 bet is the one for you. Only two players have scored more than 30 goals since the 2007/08 season. Both of those were Liverpool players Luis Suarez and Mo Salah and the bookies have also priced up Darwin Nunez’ goalscorer odds for his first season in the Premier League.
Haaland scored a hat-trick on his debut for Borussia Dortmund from the bench before almost repeating the feat when scoring twice, again as a substitute, his his second game. A start like that would get the Manchester City fans licking their lips, as well as anybody betting on Haaland’s total Premier League goals.
In the 2020/21 season in the Bundesliga, Haaland scored 27 goals in 28 matches and last season 22 in 24. He’s scored 15 Champions League goals in 13 appearances in the competition and 20 goals in 21 caps for the Norway national side.
At odds of 14/1, Haaland to score 35 or more Premier League goals is an adventurous bet for this season, but a good start will see him well on his way.
Total Haaland Goals Odds in the Premier League this Season
As well as the 14/1 for 35 or more Premier League goals, you can also bet on other markets for the number of goals Erling Haaland will score in the Premier League for Manchester City this season. He did have a month on the sidelines last season with a torn hamstring and betting on a high number of goals is always a risk with the potential for injury to scupper the chances.
- Haaland to score 25 or fewer goals – 2/5
- Haaland to score between 26 and 30 – 11/4
- Haaland to score between 31 and 34 – 9/1
- Haaland to score 35 or more – 14/1
All the odds above are with bet365 and if you need an account you can get the £50 bet365 sign-up bonus, which will give you £50 in free bets when you open an account and bet £10 on any sports bet.
